The word “quality” is derived from the Latin term „qualis“ and means “as is”. From a neutral point  of view quality means how a product or service is, and its class or value. An important aspect of “quality” is the client.

It is our clients who decide if the quality of our service is as desired or not. To achieve our “quality” we have to take the wishes of our customers into account and reexamine them at regular intervals.
